Develop and implement business plans.

Propose solutions to maintain and boost sales performance.

Manage, direct, and supervise the work of staff in the Sales Department.

Coordinate with Sales units, Marketing/Communications Department, and Customer Service Department.

Ensure revenue targets are achieved as assigned; set up action plans and implement them for sales units.

Report to the Sales Director and the Board of Directors on the activities and performance of the Sales Department.

Benefits

Basic salary: 10 – 12 million VND/month + additional income.

Commission: over 80% achievement rate, receive 4.5% of total revenue as bonus.

Job Requirements

Age: 27 – 35.

Experience: At least 2 years in the real estate industry.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; sales management experience is preferred.

Dynamic, friendly, enthusiastic, with good problem-solving skills.

Decisive in work.
